  • Requests made before commencement of any work or service are eligible for a full refund, subject to deduction of any payment gateway or bank charges.

  • If cancellation occurs after work has begun, we may retain part of the payment to cover expenses incurred (e.g., assessments, mobilization). The exact amount will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel at any point due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., regulatory issues, land title concerns, force majeure).

  • Full refund will be issued for any payments already made, except non-recoverable transaction fees.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 14 business days of receiving and processing your request, using your original payment method.Β

  • Full Refund: If our delivered services (e.g., site assessment, infrastructure development) significantly diverge from agreed terms, or are incomplete due to our fault.Β 

  • Partial Refund: Applicable if partial services were rendered satisfactorily before cancellation; refunds will reflect the proportion of services not rendered.

5. 🚫 Non-Refundable Items

  • Services already delivered and accepted by the client (e.g., executed civil work, completed assessments).

  • Customized reports, land documentation, or third-party charges that have already been incurred.

  • Payments for permits or government fees that are non-refundable by law.

6. 🏦 Credits & Re-Invoicing

  • At our discretion, clients may opt for a service credit to be used against future projects rather than a monetary refund.

    • Contract name or project ID

    • Date of payment and amount

    • Reason for cancellation or refund

  • Any disagreements regarding refunds will be resolved in good faith through negotiation.

  • If unresolved, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration in Mumbai, India, under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

  • This policy follows the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other relevant Indian regulations.
